App Jam preview

Terms of service

App Jam is a private place for apps made with your agent. These terms cover your use of the App Jam preview.

Effective October 29, 2026. The service is operated by Nolan Cassidy. Contact support@getappjam.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy policy.

Your account

You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree. Provide accurate account information, keep your password private and authorize only agents you trust. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Contact us about suspected account misuse. Email verification and password recovery are not yet available in this preview.

Your apps and content

You keep any rights you have in your content. You give App Jam permission to process, store and deliver it as needed to operate the features you request, including encrypted backups. You must have permission to use the code, data, images, names and other material you publish. Showcase apps include their own applicable open-source and content notices. A personal copy does not transfer third-party rights.

Agents can make mistakes. Review an app’s behavior, capabilities and network destinations before using it with sensitive information. Do not rely on an AI estimate or a prototype app as professional medical, legal, financial, safety or emergency advice. Offline features vary by app; online APIs and current information require connectivity.

Acceptable use

Do not use App Jam to violate law or others’ rights, distribute malware or harmful content, obtain unauthorized access, steal credentials, bypass safeguards, impersonate others or abuse infrastructure. Do not publish sexual exploitation material, threats, harassment or other prohibited content. Report an unsafe app or agent through Support. You can revoke agents and remove apps in Settings.

Connected providers

Your AI agent, model provider, data source and other connected services operate under their own terms. You choose which connections to authorize. Their charges are separate from App Jam. We do not promise that every AI client supports App Jam or that every requested app can be built. App Jam is not affiliated with or endorsed by the third-party services mentioned in its documentation.

Preview availability and backups

The current App Jam preview has no App Jam purchase or subscription flow. We will present separate terms and any required purchase approval before introducing paid features. Third-party charges remain your responsibility.

Preview features may change or be unavailable. Updates can require a newer host version. Backups have storage limits and coverage restrictions, and recovery needs your separately saved recovery kit. Keep independent copies of important information. Turning backups off does not delete earlier copies. See the privacy policy and in-app controls for retention and deletion.

Ending use

You may stop using App Jam or delete your account through Settings → Account & agents or the account page. We may restrict or end access where needed to address abuse, security threats, legal requirements or discontinuation of the preview. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to retrieve available content. Exported files and copies on offline devices must be removed separately.

Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the preview is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive your statutory rights in these preview terms.

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate. Contact support with questions or complaints.
